Indian Institute of Technology Delhi

Indian Institute of Technology Delhi one of the famous IIT in India.  IIT Delhi was established in 1961.  It was declared as Institution of National Importance under the act of parliament in 1963.  IIT Delhi is the fourth Indian Institute of Technology in India. Then the institute awarded the status of Deemed University which gave powers to decide its own academic policy, to conduct examinations, and to award its own degrees.  Since establishment of the Institute nearly 50 thousand students have graduated from the institutes in various disciplines including Engineering, Management, Sciences and Social Sciences.  Nearly 21 thousand students have received their Ph.D and Master degrees in Engineering, Management, Sciences.  Who have moved away from the institute  they have been contributing significantly in building our nation and all over the world.

Placements

    Generally the placements will begin in IIT Delhi in December every year.  National and International Companies will participate in this programme and select the students from all courses.  Many of the students were selected by offering big salary packages by the companies.  Approximately 90 percent of the students were selected in various companies in December 2020 placements.
